Kadir Baştuğ, the founder of the Massk brand, has had a close dialogue with horses since he was 5 years old. Baştuğ, whose main profession is architecture, officially started equestrian sport in 1992. He participated in dressage, show jumping and equestrian endurance branches, respectively, and achieved success in the national and international community.
In 2011, he established Miraj Equestrian Sports Club and started to train students for endurance. Baştuğ, who sees the endurance as a philosophy and a lifestyle rather than a sport, found himself designing the equipment -especially the saddle- while looking for the equipment that his horse and himself would be most comfortable with. When he started to design saddles for himself and his athletes, the demand for saddles in Turkey increased considerably.
With the increasing demand, Baştuğ established the MASSK brand in 2022 with the aim of maximizing the comfort of all riders and horses.The currently used endurace saddles are not suitable for harsh terrain conditions that is why Massk Saddle brings about new perspective. It has desined its products in a very light way, suitable for the terrain, with a vision based on the need to establish contact with the horses that are its companions as much as possible, and with a perspective based on dressage (horse dressage) riding, which is the basis of every branch..
